Tranquil Garden Tai Chi

Join certified Tai Chi instructor Tom Scott as he guides you step-by-gentle step through each movement of this beginning form of meditation in motion. Tai Chi is an excellent way to improve strength, ballance and relaxation. The movements can be learned standing or seated. QiGong for health will also be shared.
